Laser Cutting
Gemmiti Model Art is set up to turn around laser-cut parts directly from your CAD files fast, often overnight, with two laser machines, run by experienced model makers to accommodate any special requirements and offer advice for best results.
CNC Machining
The cutting area of our 5-axis DMS CNC router is 5’ x 10’ x 3’, although when cutting very large blocks of foam, you need to allow 18” in the part size for our longest and strongest cutting bit. We also have a 3-axis CNC machine to cut your smaller parts.
Model Photography
Gemmiti Model Art will photograph your models. We are set up to photograph scale models. Our photo studio is well equipped with high-end digital strobes, a seamless backdrop, and a huge blue sky.

Let us help you with the finishing touches: title plaques, labels, transport boxes, cases, and shipping crates. Title plaques and labels are generally laser-cut and etched and are painted the color of the part for a clear, but subtle effect. They can also be silkscreened in multiple colors, made of wood and other materials, depending on the materials used on the model.
